Advisory Board

Jeremy Blanch – CEO + Director

As CEO, Jeremy leads the strategy development, execution, transformation and growth of JNC Group, to create a high performing business spanning multiple companies, each working together to achieve excellence, innovation and quality. Jeremy has been at the head of JNC Group since its formation in 2007, and has overseen the Groups significant growth trajectory, with over 300% revenue growth in recent years.

Michael Blanch – Advisory board member

Michael Blanch brings decades of success in civil and building construction, having founded two successful businesses and building a proud eighteen-year track record. After his retirement in 1995, Michael acted as an advisor to JNC Group, sharing his decades of knowledge and experience and supporting the Group on its growth trajectory.

Andrew Murray – Advisory board member

An experienced Chairman, Company Director, Advisory Board Member and mentor, Andrew has helped deliver business growth across a wide range of industries including construction, oil, wholesale fuel, retail and professional services. As an Advisory Board member, Andrew works with the JNC management team to drive sound and competitive strategy, efficient operations and strong profit growth.

Senior Management

Glen Murray – JNC Constructions general manager

Prior to joining Glen has worked on a wide variety of civil projects spanning 35 years, covering both operational and managerial roles. These projects include highways, Eastlink, M5, Eastern Distributor, airport, rail, sewer, water, and building works across every state and territory in mainland Australia. Glen’s wealth of previous experience and expertise enriches JNC Group.

Christopher Power – JNC Fencing + Security general manager

Chris has 27 years’ experience in senior management of manufacturing and civil construction; 12 years’ experience in compliance management including development and implementation of OHS/Quality Management/Environmental systems to Australian Standards and 4 years experience with Department of Defence contract and project management. Prior to joining JNC Group in 2017 Chris was General Manager of Fencing Australia Pty Ltd.

Jason Doran – Construction manager

Prior to joining JNC Group, Jason successfully operated his own business as a civil and carpentry contractor. From here, he went on to deliver a number of high-value infrastructure projects specialising in civil earthworks and pavement construction, concrete construction, pipelines and commercial and residential building. A champion of JNC Group’s zero harm safety culture, Jason is passionate about sending everyone home safely and overseeing implementation of safety and environmental management plans at the project site level.

Quinn Holland – Manager of Accounting + Finance, Company Secretary

Before joining JNC Group, Quinn was a Senior Client Executive with a chartered accounting firm, where he helped key business clients manage their growth, improve operations, increase profitability and implement effective taxation strategies. Quinn prides himself on being able to provide practical advice that delivers real results.

James Melnike – NT State manager

James is a personable, engaging, determined and highly ethical construction professional who has over 26 years of international construction experience including business management and business finance. James’s project / contract experience includes defence, mining infrastructure, road construction and all types of civil – structures and infrastructure construction environments. His experience has been gained through being an active construction and infrastructure senior manager and has excellent business development, leadership and business finance knowledge and experience.

Paul Pascoe – Group HSEQ manager

A highly skilled and experienced leading senior safety executive professional and provider of Work Health, Safety and Environmental (WHS&E) advisory and training services. Paul has built a successful career on his knowledge and experience spanning over 37 years in this field at the highest level and has provided these services to business, industry and governments in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Middle East, UK, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China and India. A dedicated and knowledgeable leading professional with extensive experience and expertise in the design, development, management, and strategic implementation and direction of Corporate WHSEQ Management Systems, WHSEQ Auditing, WHS&E training and education programs for local, national and international organisation’s across multiple jurisdictions.

Tania Thompson – Group HR

Holding formal Human Resources qualifications, Tania has completed her mediator accreditation, with experience in consultation and strategy development, organisational restructures and development, change management, HR systems and processes and their implementation. Tania brings a wealth of knowledge to JNC Group, including a thorough understanding of industrial relations policies and laws in the public and private sectors, local government and Workplace Health and Safety laws.

Rubin Thomas – Business Development NT Manager

Prior to joining JNC Group, Rubin served in the Australian Defence Force for 23 years as an Australian Army Combat Engineer. Rubin’s military experience shaped him into a manager with a bias for action and a can-do attitude. Rubin’s skills are personnel and capability development, enabling him to ensure that JNC Group has the flexibility to adapt to meet our client needs. Respect and Integrity are the foundation of the value system he relies on in striving for excellence and innovation in all he does. Rubin has had extensive training and education in cultural awareness, across aboriginal, Torres Straight islander and international cultures, which enables him to mentor positive equity and diversity workplace place practices.
