The Looking Through Windows team are holding a community day this Friday (14th December) with the Tin Humpy installation and Trucked Off performance. All are welcome. This free event is being held on Booloominbah Lawns at UNE, 10:30 - 2pm.
The project is drawing to a close after a two-year multimedia journey - showcasing our Elders stories of mission life and what it was like to be removed from Country and forced to live under the ‘protection’ of the Aborigines Protection/Welfare Boards. Find out more info via the link below.

Beautiful artwork by Peter Wetherill, a Muruwari and Gamilaraay man, who drew inspiration from these languages and Country.The fabulous 'Maarrima' artwork - presented to us by JNC GROUP - now sits proudly in our main reception alongside the House of Rep's "Apology to Australia's Indigenous Peoples". We are excited by the prospect of working with JNC for future projects under the #Maarrima banner.
We’re excited to be involved in the Metz Solar Farm with Clenergy, a massive solar project that will have the capacity to supply up to 40,000 average homes. Clenergy are holding a community information session Wednesday night (28th November) at the Armidale City Bowling Club from 5-7:30pm, come along and meet some of the team involved in the project and learn more about its progress.
